Enrollment Procedure:
- The Parent expresses interest in enrolling his or her child or children
in the Center.
- The Center sends the Enrollment Application and brochure or the
parent submits an Enrollment Application online. The Parent may call and make an appointment to tour the Center with the Director.
- With receipt of the Enrollment Application, the Director screens for
space and age availability. If no space is available, the Application is put into the waiting list on a first come/first serve basis.
- If and when a space becomes available, an appointment is made for
an interview visit. This interview will include the parent, the child, the Director, and the Lead Teacher (if available). If the Parent wishes to schedule the interview during work hours and the child cannot be present, the Center may request that the Child visit the Center prior to his or her enrollment.
- The interview will include: a review of the completed enrollment form
and discussion of any apparent issues; a tour of the Center; an introduction to the Center's philosophy, program goals, and objectives; a review of the Parent Handbook; and review and completion of all other consent and agreement forms.
- Prior to the Child's first day of attendance, all medical, immunization
and consent forms must be on file with the Center office. All information remains confidential.
